Coaching Others

Duration: 3 days run over 6 months

Managing others requires a range of skills, including discovering and bringing out what they do best.  Too often managers tell their subordinates what to do and how to do it – inhibiting their development.  This programme enables participants to put coaching into practice and get feedback as they learn.

​Trainee coaches are assigned a coach themselves for 6 sessions to discover what it means to be coached.  They are challenged with coaching 3 different people between session 1 and 2 and again between sessions 2 and 3.  They get feedback from their coaches and keep a diary of what they learn from the experienc
